I look so forward to opening that bag smelling that aroma, brewing its delightful smell continues and then to wake up with that cup full under my nose and then over my palate, definitely a positive beginning to the day. This blend is named after a cat who would sit next to the roaster enjoying the warmth, and most likely the smell of this delicious coffee. I started on very strong coffee (boiled) so I truly love a strong, dark roast.
