Sounds delicious and I know the rosemary and the parmesan rind will make a wonderful addition! I mixed the remaining half of the liquid in the pan with a bit of flour and cream cheese to thicken it up.

and if you have not canned your own, I highly suggest this brand as it truly does taste like a far superior tomato. of butter and poured the cream sauce into the pan to heat & mix.

It still came out great. However I did not see them in the directions. The sauce has a mild aroma and tastes sweet and slightly salty.
My grocery only had these or Roma tomatoes.
The Oils – While I do not recommend substituting the sesame oil, substitute the vegetable oil for any mild flavored oil that you already have in your pantry.
I divided the recipe in half and still had plenty for 5 or 6 servings due to the fact that I kept adding milk and half and half in an attempt to thin it out a bit... still very thick.

I know I'm cheating by rating my own recipe but it is the only way I can add some comments about how I have changed this up since I originally posted it. I’m on heaven, this meat sauce is to die for.
At the grocery store I shop, the fresh parmesan is wrapped in plastic and it looks like an elongated triangle. Its amazing. Fresh Herbs — Herbs will create a more flavorful, fresh sauce.
I do have a question: I’m curious about the balsamic vinegar.

I did blend half the tomatoes, since my kids aren't fond of tomato chunks, and I think it made it a little watery- I had to cook it without the lid for an hr or 2 to get it to reduce. There are a couple of kitchen items that I like using for this recipe.
